This is just a visualization using a simple bathtub approach. It should be used to understand, not to predict. More work and validation is needed to evaluate rigorously the flooding associated with each of the different contributors over time. At present, the interaction of the hydrodynamic components with the topo-bathymetry of the area is not accounted for in the visualization. To make the visualization experience easy for the user, only king tides and a large value of storm surge are considered.
